Warnock yet to decide on appeal

Joey Barton Saw red after clashing with Bradley

Neil Warnock believes Queens Park Rangers would be well within their rights to appeal Joey Barton's red card against Norwich, but he is yet to decide if they will.

Warnock and Barton were left livid with the match officials following their 2-1 defeat to the Canaries on Monday.

Both men feel the decision to reduce QPR to ten men on 36 minutes was the wrong call, with Warnock branding Norwich midfielder Bradley Johnson a 'cheat' and Barton claiming the referee had been 'conned'.

Barton was adjudged to have head butted Johnson, but Warnock sees no evidence that such an event occurred.

He feels his man has been hard done to and believes the Football Association should overturn his impending suspension.
